We were on vacation in Gulf Shores, AL, and found a patio set that we loved. We went to Beachside Interiors to ask if they could order one and have it shipped to our home in Southern MO. April greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She told us she would love to help us. She asked Wally, the owner, if he could help with this request. Long story short, our patio set arrived shortly after our return home with no problems and we love it!! Hands down, they gave us the BEST customer service of our whole vacation!! We purchased a recliner 3 years ago. Chair was stiff and uncomfortable. Beach side ordered new mechanism, picked up chair and repaired on same day. No charge! Great service!

This is a fabulously run, family owned business! I bought an upper end recliner from them and had a major issue with it. These people helped me immediately and fixed the problem within days! And they do not charge for delivery...plus they haul away your old piece. Thank you for being so honest, and efficient! I will be back!

The owner was super nice and helpful... I couldn't decide on a square or circle shaped table and ultimately decided to go with the circle. It looks absolutely amazing in my space. The selection is large and delivery was quick and painless. Also, the prices are very competitive and responsible.

I came in today to purchase a king size bedroom set and the lady working was so incredibly rude that we actually stopped trying to figure out what they had in stock and left the store entirely. I would rather pay double their overpriced markup to NOT give them my business. Definitely skip this store and go to any of the other places on the same road.

Was in desperate need for a sleeper sofa I live 450 miles away and had no idea where to look. Luckily I called Beachside Interiors. Christi answered and was extremely helpful. She sent me photos and my choice was made immediately. My sofa was delivered in less than a week. They removed the old sofa for free and sent photos of new one. My stress was relieved. Pleasant experience.

They are absolutely amazing! They truly care and make everything so easy! Since last year, we have bought a sleeper sofa, recliner, chair, end tables, coffee table, TV table, lamps, chest & 2 nightstands. I love the fact they they take away the old furniture and donate it to Habitat for Humanity. I highly recommend them!

We were referred to Beachside about 3 years ago after shopping for furniture in Baldwin County for 30 years and we have found THE PLACE. Family owned, kind, reasonable, helpful, polite and caring. What more can we say. Hurricane Sally did a number on our place and we had to replace several pieces. Jennifer was super helpful in design, finding quality fabrics and coordinating the entire purchase and delivery. Josh, one of the owners, helped us recover from the storm and delivered the new furniture and set it up along with the previously purchased bedroom set. Without them we would be at a loss in restoring our place to normal.They can be trusted to give you the best quality, pricing and service in the area.All for our future purchases will be with them.
