I'm a regular shopper at this store. You can 100% tell they have a new manager on board!
No more merchandise sitting in buggies in the isles, everything is neat and orderly now.
Shout out to Harley, one of the cashiers who is always funny and greets everyone who comes in.
And a BIG shout out to Matt, (the new manager) for keeping his store in great shape and making customers want to keep coming back.
To the higher ups at Dollar Tree...Harley and Matt are the kinds of employees that you should want to keep on your payroll! Those 2 are10 out of 10 stars!
They both deserve a pat on the back and a bonus!!!

The store was a nightmare. Back coolers leaking water. Couldn't get to any items b/c couldn't go down isles. Literally about 85% of the store was not available or off shelves. The store should have been closed for what they had going on.. I was told "hurry up" when I asked if I could grab some floral picks. Again, while at this level of change try overnights!

I have never seen this store look so nasty . So many safety hazzards with boxes down every isle and boats all over the store ! It's just so sad to see the state it's in and it is a big tourist stop at that

Your cashier is out of control at the Gulf Shores location. It might be a mental health issue that needs medication. I don’t know. He accused me of saying he was lying and other things. There was no reason for what happen. I never thought he was lying or said he was lying. His behavior was rude and very uncalled for. You need to get him under control.

Very clean store. The reason for 4 stars is that some of the items were still in boxes on the sales floor. Everyone is super friendly.

So one day last week I went in to get some carwash supplies and went to checkout counter and as usual nobody was at anyone of the 3 registers they have and so I placed my supplies at the beginning of the conveyer belt and went and got something I had forgotten came back and found my supplies had been moved and 2 ladies in line getting checked out so I asked the warm body where they they had gone and she pointed to where they bag items to go and said these are yours? Get these outta here they're in my way! Now I placed them at the beginning of the belt outta everyone's way I don't know who moved them but she was extremely rude about it and has no idea how to talk to people. Today called the store 5 times and no answer
