Don’t like false advertising…..your Newport sign on the pumps say that they are $4.97 if you buy two packs but they’re ringing up for $16 and then taken off my discount with my number and after that they are $13 still not right

While shopping & stocking up today I filled my tank & why not? Gas is currently at $1.58, yes! Good for 400 miles which should last a long, long time :-) A good selection of drinks and snacks plus propane, ice, bulk water and more. Reasonable prices for gas and the closest Exxon to the beach. Bottom line: Clean, friendly service and of course convenient!

My nightmare of a visit showed just how unprofessional the so called management who worked at the store on 36606 Moffett Rd in Mobile Alabama handle their customers very poorly. I went into the store to purchase a black&mild for my spouse after he realized he left his wallet then was instantly told I was refused so I asked the three young girls to contact their manager so I could speak with him. The darkest skinned tallest girl said she was the manager and she was not going to contact her boss nor give me their corporate number. So after asking more than three times she threaten to call the police on me and I do believe she did but as I told her I did not do anything wrong so she can call but for her to refuse my request for her to call her boss or not give me their number was very unprofessional. I realized then this store was being ran by ghetto hood rats and makes me wonder are these the type of people this company hires we buy our gas from WOW!!!! After being so violated I will be calling the better business bureau on Clark oil gas station and seeing if I can file a lawsuit they really need to do better at scanning their employees.

This company employs incompetent, seemingly-pedophilic (who someone friends on FB can tell you a lot) DMs that are over multiple stores in their district but seem to spend a strangely inordinate amount of time at a single specific store, hovering over the new younger female "manager", and who also (recently) rehired an equally incompetent employee (that they hired) who no-call, no-show'd for 3 days, back as assistant manager at that same store they frequent, while also keeping up a strong trend of strictly hiring female employees, with no apparent thought given to job experience or availability, that for the most part have proven to be lazy, inept at the position, and untrustworthy. Also, consider caring enough about your managers' well-being and safety to hire an armored transport for your bank deposits instead of making them take it to the bank everyday in their personal vehicles (no recompense for gas used either, at a gas station), especially with the poor compensation offered as salary. Is $500-550 a week (12.50-13.75/hr IF, only IF they work 40 hrs that week which, as any salaried employee will tell you, is extremely unrealistic) really worth the risk of a manager possibly getting robbed or killed over a couple thousand dollars because someone noticed a pattern of a conspicuous car coming and going everyday, when Whole Foods hires at $15/hr for positions with so much less responsibility? Oh, I'm sorry, I'm forgetting the bonuses that are only rewarded IF you make good audits, and the contests: $1000-3000 to the manager of the store that sells the most Mentos, so you could be a terrible manager who is lucky enough to have a busy store while a hard-working, loyal manager misses out on what they actually deserve because of chance and poor location with low traffic; that seems like it will really inspire loyalty to the company and increase productivity and profit. Finally, terrible HR representative, refuses to answer the phone even after speaking to her secretary and confirming that she was indeed in her office, got transferred and disconnected immediately. Called office phone several times to be ignored. I believe the whole point of Human Resources is to not only be the vital connection between employees and the corporate office but to be available whenever working to anyone who needs any information on the company that HR might help provide, and not blatantly ignore any and all who call over the phone.

Went in the store to buy the big vuse refills the guy Dennis tried to hand me the small ones and I told him no the big vuse refills(if you don't know Vuse sell 2 different vape cigarettes. One is smaller shaped like an actual cigarette. The "Bigger "Vuse vape cigg tak s a different refill tank completely. The then replies no this is it. I try to repeat no I said the big Vuse Vape refills. He continues to say that that's the only Vuse refills there is. So I just gave up and made it to where Dennis would just sell me what I need so I can be on my way. I told him how about just that white box right above (literally says Vuse Vibe on a box that's white and more than double the size of the only other size cart. refills Vuse sells.)where one in your hand(Smaller Vuse refills) came from. He grabbed them and could not resist to keep trying to argue in front of three other people and myself. He says "oh no that's a completely different kind", not wanting to easily say it is a bigger type of Vuse refill, but for some reason prove some big point. Come to this store two times a day sometimes more for about 2 and a 1/2 years now but mostly during the day and have never had an issue with Clark's till tonight. Dennis then keep it going even when I almost got out and started bring his co-worker into it. Again being loud enough so everybody would hear repeating story to him. Before I even got into my car the guy and girl right behind me walked up to my car and asked me if I knew him personally. Saying that was so trashy and ignorant to do all of that in front of people just trying to get what they need and get home. Never left a Google review before tonight. Never thought I would. I will attempt to contact the person who runs or the person who owns that store to ensure that more people getting work at night and just want to get home don't get treated with this kind of cocky ignorance who could have easily realized that what the person was asking for was actually a real item, that they weren't trying to joke, tease, or pick a fight with you. Ridiculous to deal with.
