Here's the customer experience: Download our app to schedule your haircut so we can see your personal data or we will put people in front of you that do. Showed up, not one person ahead of me, but once I sat down, two people were taken before me who checked in after I sat down. No. I will not download your app. There's plenty other places to go. Otherwise, I do like your staff, but your business practices are not customer friendly.

Pleasant hairdresser. Cut my hair the way I wanted it done. Quick and efficient after a wait of about 30 minutes. I didn't have an appointment and it was senior day.

Went in for a high and tight. Spoke with the stylist about how I wanted it done before she started and that I wanted a half guard on the side and about an inch and a half on top. When she started to buzz the top of my head, I stopped her and said it wasn't right. She pointed at her guard where it said 1.5 and said it was an inch and a half, so I had to inform her it was a 1.5 guard. She said "Theres nothing I can do about it now" then proceeded to quickly finish buzzing my head. Even with that, I had to come home and completely rebuzz it because every part of it was so unevenly cut. I have no idea how a so-called hair stylist can't differentiate hair length between a 1.5 guard and 1.5 inches. Nothing about the situation would have led any normal person to believe that I wanted my hair buzzed. She blamed the notes, but we discussed what I wanted literally 10 seconds before she started cutting. And I've gone to Great Clips for years, and the notes have been the same, and I've never gotten a buzz cut. Definitely won't be back to this location, and now I have to question going to any location.

There's absolutely no way the person who just cut my didn't try to make me look as goofy as possible. Wanted to keep some length got a shaved head. Awesome. I can't cut my own hair, and can't trust others to cut it for me, might as well shave bald at this point.

Clean.friendly staff was thrilled with my hair cut. Wait time longer than told on early sign in. Sent me text saying 15 min. Had to wait much longer.

Sat in traffic hour bumper to bumper checked in and called and said I was pulling up in few more min they said be in here before 5 it was 5:01 when made it to door and they locked door before I could open.knowing I was in traffic hour just to get hair cut I won't be back. And on top of that I got a freaking ticket trying to get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
