“Perfect location, great price, and beautiful!

We recently stayed in unit 509 at Phoenix All Suites and had the most perfect time. To start, we didn’t realize East Beach would be the perfect viewing location for the July 4th fireworks, but it was! That was such a cool experience and we didn’t have to leave the property!

Perfect Location: It’s RIGHT on the beach! We loved the gorgeous views from the big balcony! We couldn’t beat the price for this location and beautiful condo! We were right beside The Hangout, and the kids loved it! We didn’t have to get in our car for anything.
Within feet of the condo are two great restaurants that my children and I loved! Within what felt like a 5-minute walk, were shops for groceries and souvenirs and more great restaurants.

Great amenities: Just days before our stay, they opened up a 24/7 shop in the lobby where we could get anything from beach towels and sunscreen to toothpaste and snacks. Glad we purchased snacks there! They had free coffee in the lobby as well!

Convenience: They made everything so easy by texting us the access codes for the door to the condo. It was so easy to get in after our late flight. Checkout was also able to be conducted over our phone.

Being on the 5th floor gave us the most perfect view. If we decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator, it wasn’t too high up either.

“I love this place!! Clean, beautifully decorated, friendly staff, definitely breakfast. We stayed in a studio with an eat-in kitchen, bedroom en suite, which closed of from the smash living area. Very dog friendly!! Our daughter and her family are staying here as well. We are here for a sporting tournament.”

“I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels ? in my life. But Microtel is one of the best. Clean rooms, clean hotel. I would stay again. I can't say that on any of the other hotels I have stayed at.”
