“Great ABC store. Being from Georgia, where we don't have ABC stores, it's refreshing to hear that at ABC stores all product must be on the shelves and avaiable for sale (as opposed to being held under the counter or in the back room for the manager's 'bourbon buddies'). Just as suprising is that it seems that bourbon pricing is pretty darn close to MSRP, if not right on it. I know that allocated product 'drops' are reserved for Alabama residents - and that makes me a bit jealous. The store is clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Only (small) negative is that on the first trip it might be easy to be confused by the fact that the entrance is actually on the back of the building.”
“Just left from Al's Liquor on Hwy 59/ Gulf Shores Pkwy the prices were not steep a few dollars more than ABC STORE BUT WHATS TO BE EXPECTED ESPECIALLY ON A SUNDAY... THE GENTLEMAN WORKING IN THERE AT 7PM WAS VERY NICE THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO LIQUOR STORE IF ABC ISNT OPEN...”
“The best spot to get all your beach needs! If this place is conveniently located near you, go here and skip the rest. Everything from ice to sunscreen, one stop shop. There’s even a liquor store here as well! Super friendly staff and they work fast to get everyone in and out quick as they can, it gets busy here!”
“Hometown liquor store on hiway 59 s Southbound in Gulf Shores, AL. Great selection of standard and unique liquor, wine, sparkling wine, and beer including mixers. Easy to see from the street. Parking lot is also handicapped accessible and so is the entrance. Christy and Braxton are very friendly and helpful. It’s my go to for all my cocktail needs!”

“If you are not prepared for a life changing experience... do not go to this establishment. The sheer joy I felt when walking through those doors can not compare to any amount I have felt in the past. To say that I enjoyed my time is an understatement. I went inside this wondrous place and purchased a Mike's hard strawberry lemonade and I felt that the coolers the drink was contained in had the highest quality of air temperature that I have ever felt from a cooler. The entire building smelled of a scent almost comparable to the ambrosia of the gods. When I purchased my drink, the employee working gave me a warm smile that made my heart flutter. Upon leaving the building I was met with an immense feeling of sheer dread and hopelessness as if I would never feel that same way again and I never have. Thank You, AL'S Liquor Tobacco Wine for an experience I'm not quite sure I'll ever get back.”
“This Grocery Chain is fantastic! I live in Memphis and only have Kroger grocery stores. They are the worst. Publix is so well organized well kept and CLEAN! The employees take pride in their jobs and their store. I will always shop at Publix where I can find onePublix please, please come to Memphis and open 2 to 3 stores. You will run Kroger out of business and out of town!!!!”
“Pretty good selection, especially on beer and bourbon. One should not expect bargain prices considering where you are. Most of the bottles I recognized were a good 30% higher than at home, but if you didn't plan well, or drank more than you thought, this place may have what you need.”
“This store is super huge and had an amazing selection of items. I would have given 5 stars, however there was an employee that was "helping" me find a shirt because I was in a hurry, however, she kept me waiting for 20 minutes and didn't find the shirt even though I said several times that I didn't have time to spend and I could find something different, but that didn't end up happening. The girl at the register was VERY helpful and polite and even though they were super busy, she was happy to show me items that were behind the counter.”
