“I took our laptop in for repair because the screen would not come on, then when it finally did it wanted a key code that I had do clue how to find. When I went in both techs were busy, but I noticed one of them was helping an older lady with her phone and he was so patient and sweet with her. He also helped me. His name was Calan {sorry if I missed spelled it}. They charged an initial fee to run a diagnostic on it. So I left it there and a specialist came in a few days later and was able to solve the problem. And they did not charge me any extra than I had paid. They have great guest service and prices cannot be beat!! Highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!!”
“ROBBIE IS MY HERO. Came to this location while on vacation after realizing that my phone had no cellular data. After looking into the problem, Robbie found out that there was a much deeper issue. “I was on vacation in this lovely town when my cell phone (Iphone) fell from my condo :/. I really didn’t want to buy a new phone considered how much money i spent on this trip and needed a quick solution. Insert this friendly place and i got my phone fixed in a jiffy. :3 price is more than fair and the enthusiasm from the employees was so nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.”
