“I took our laptop in for repair because the screen would not come on, then when it finally did it wanted a key code that I had do clue how to find. When I went in both techs were busy, but I noticed one of them was helping an older lady with her phone and he was so patient and sweet with her. He also helped me. His name was Calan {sorry if I missed spelled it}. They charged an initial fee to run a diagnostic on it. So I left it there and a specialist came in a few days later and was able to solve the problem. And they did not charge me any extra than I had paid. They have great guest service and prices cannot be beat!! Highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!!”

“My boyfriend and I both got new phones and I got an Apple Watch. When we left the store we both agreed that our experience was the best phone experience we have both ever had. Spencer was phenomenal..!!!! We were like every phone rep needs to be like Spencer! He was so calm, attentive, explained things so well, made good recommendations, made the whole process so smooth. We loved Spencer! Give him a raise!!! And he said he only been there a few months, moved from Illinois. “I was on vacation in this lovely town when my cell phone (Iphone) fell from my condo :/. I really didn’t want to buy a new phone considered how much money i spent on this trip and needed a quick solution. Insert this friendly place and i got my phone fixed in a jiffy. :3 price is more than fair and the enthusiasm from the employees was so nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“We had a really great experience at Verizon thanks to Char. We were switching from T-Mobile back to Verizon, and she made the whole process way easier than we expected.
She took the time to walk us through everything, answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed and made sure we actually understood our options. It never felt like we were being pushed into anything and it honestly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. She kept us laughing the whole time.
