About Regatta Condominium Association
Regatta Condominium Association is an older condominium right on the beach in Gulf Shores. It offers a fantastic, intimate location within walking distance to the Pink Pony, The Hang Out, and many other places. The condo itself can be beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic ocean from the deck. The pool is nestled and protected inside the "U" of the building. The people who look after the place are kind, caring, responsive, diligent, and supportive, from the maintenance team to the office staff. Some concerns have included broken beds or minor items needing repair, but maintenance is responsive. It is a place with a family feel that guests love and plan to return to for generations. Guests must follow local beach rules for tents and canopies.

Our stay was wonderful. 305A was on the side with a beach view. Room was very nice and clean. Parking was difficult at times as there isn’t assigned parking spots. Would definitely go back.

Heated pool ... Was awesome .. made the trip.. since the weather that week was cold and windy
