“I went to them right before Christmas because I had to have my brakes checked. My brakes suddenly started sticking and were locking up on me, and became practically undrivable.I had called multiple garages around the area ranging from Gulf Shores to Foley. The day I called they were already out of town and unable to tow my car [from Gulf Shores to Pensacola] that day so he actually recommended me to another company whose price was $10 cheaper, (at the time), BUT he offered a storage service which is the ultimate reason I chose East Beach.

Due to personal reasons, I had my car in East Beach storage for a week, there was no complaints or rush from the Wrecker Service to have my car removed at any pace besides my own. Chip worked with me on price as well, (I had just started a new job and budgeting in my car breaking down wasn't at the top of the list, especially being recently serviced), human to human - this guy understands. Highly recommend !!”

The driver, Chip, at Kings Towing could not have been any more polite, professional and helpful in an otherwise stressful situation. Kings Towing had nothing to do with why our vehicle was towed, they are just answering service calls and tow requests from the police department.
