Had a great time on vacation!We had an issue with the fire alarm battery, they responded within 30 min and stop by to fix it about 2 hours later. Great response and service!Thanks for a Great Vacation!

Without no respect the best things this Renta vacation is by the water other than that.its incomplete no cleaning product no casserole. They charge us 100$ more because they said we left the place dirty.i collect all the dirty linens and put in laundry basket I swept the floor.iam housekeeper too cleaning condo hotel we don't complain if the guests left. it's a housekeeper job.i don't leave a tip because this place is sucks

We stay the days of September 14-18 at Phoenix 2 room 2506. Worst stay EVER!We come every single year to enjoy family vacation and to relax!Unfortunately this year was not that! The first night upon arrival we had afrozen ax unit that was 4 inches thick! Maintenance came out and cut it offand said wait for it to thaw nothing else was done. Wouldn’t get below 75 inthe condo! We had babies 2 (1 year olds) it was MISERABLE!Then our living room tv didn’t work! Seemed to be from dinosaur ages. A newone arrived and as soon as he hooked it up BOOM it was broken as well.Finally 3rd one was the charm! Not to mention security showed up becausepeople in the unit below us had water pour from their ceiling from the ac!There was what looked to be a leaking in the kitchen with brown black moldgrowing on it! GROSS! Personally we paid a pretty penny to stay here and wedidn’t enjoy this! I felt as if this rental company could’ve showed likethey cared a little more as well! I will be coping exactly what I’ve wrotehere to do a review elsewhere as well! Thanks!

We rented Phoenix X in Orange beach. The condo was filthy. The floors weren’t even swept yet alone mopped. My feet were black and I could feel the dirt.The blanket in the bedroom closet was dirty with "white stuff" on it. Either snot or something even more disgusting!The balcony hasn’t been cleaned in months. There were cigarette ashes and food on the floor. The furniture was so rust stained up we wouldn’t sit on it. It needs to be thrown out. I am guessing the cleaning company does not clean the patios? Doesn’t anyone from the management company walk thru the property to check for furniture that needs replacing?When I asked for compensation they blew me off. Poor customer service!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!Our family rented a house (Tara's Cove) from White Shores Realty for a week-long getaway. We also had several local relatives plan to stop by during the visit. All went well until 3 weeks later, when we received a disturbing email stating we were being charged extra for damages and cleaning fees.The backstory: the brochure said bring your boat, so that's what we did. When we arrived, there wasn't room to turn a vehicle with a 20' boat around in the driveway, so we had to make do to get out of this jam. Being that it had rained the whole week before, our tow vehicle created a rut in the mucky driveway.(CHARGE) Next, the trash receptacle was overflowing and a pile of trash was beside it. Being unaware of trash pickup day, we called and found out it would be a few days until the service picked up. Our local relatives had to take our trash away until the receptacle was emptied. When we left, it wasn't close to pickup day, so we left it how and where we found it (full) (CHARGE)Next issue was the back yard area leading to the beach. The grass was literally knee high for 3-4 days of our stay until the lawn crew arrived unannounced. Also there was broken glass and debris scattered through the grass as if a demolition hadn't been cleaned up properly.Next, the agent claimed there were 4 complaints from neighbors and one had called the sheriff's department. We hadn't spoke with any neighbors and never got contacted by any law enforcement.Now, let me tell you about the interior... walking in, everything looked nice, but after looking closely, I realized there was some water damage on the flooring near the counter, and the place actually looked like someone threw a fresh coat of paint on and put it on the market. The AC had issues keeping up so we decided to inspect the filter, which we found was full of black moldy looking substance.... later that evening when the lights were dimmed, large roaches and several other bugs were spotted creeping around inside. This happened EVERY night of the stay.Now, we were there to enjoy our vacation and visit with relatives, and being summertime everything was booked, so there was really no other place to go. We decided to overlook these simple inconveniences and make the best of it all. As we did... but THREE weeks later we get charged and falsely accused of all kind of random damages. I'm sure I've missed a few things that we were blamed for,RENTERS BEWARE!!!

My family and I took our first vacation since loosing our 16 year old son Yates to a car accident back in 2019. Needless to say this was a very important and emotional trip for us and White Shores Realty really made it an easy one. They had my key codes ready and before 4 and texted me to let me know and even responded when I texted them back. They responded to every email and every call. Very kind and understanding when I needed to change my payment card method and even handled it over the phone. They sent and emailed out letting me know the unit was available for more days if wanted( we chose to do so). The unit was very clean and the cleaning crew was very helpful in giving us advice on where to eat and things to do locally. The unit was even better than expected, pictures don’t do it justice, it really is a place you need to come see for yourself because the view is amazing! The security staff here go above and beyond- my daughter lost her phone and the security guard made sure we got it back immediately once it was found and turned in. The guest and owners at this facility are kind and friendly. The beach access is as easy as they come and very convenient. Pools are clean, property is clean and very well maintained. The board walk to go fishing is well lit and has easy access right out the back door. Parking is easy enough and provides carts to get luggage and groceries up to our room with ease. Food and store are not too far but far enough to where this place is calm at night. This company and this unit couldn’t have been more perfect for our much needed vacation and rest. Very peaceful! They were quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues we had. The unit at Bel Sole (Unit 1001) was ready and clean when we arrived. It was stocked as if it were our own house. We had plenty of cooking utensils and towels. We were missing keys to access the beach area and once I contacted them we had them in less than an hour. It was a great family get away.

For 10 years I have rented units at Turquoise Place. Each time the experience has been great until renting 1808D from White Shores. Upon arriving it was obvious when entering the unit there were problems. The unit wreaked with the smell of smoke/mildew. Walking into the master suite the carpet was filthy with the odor being even stronger in the master suite. I called White Shores and was advised that someone would be returning my call prior to closing. This never happened as the phone were placed on after hours. I switch to another phone with a different area code and successfully had someone answer the call. It was clear the problems were not something that White Shores wanted to discuss. The desk chair in the master suite was ripped and appeared to have come from a salvage store. The master bath had a hole in the wall. The only televisions that had cable were in the master suite and the den. The volume levels in the den could not be adjusted by the remote or the Television controls so you could hear. Therefore the only television which could be used was in the master suite. The sofa's were filthy and smelled as bad as the carpet. The cushions in the chairs for the dinning table were ripped. The cushions for the balcony chairs appeared to have been several years old and were in horrible condition. When contacting White Shores they advised no other units were available and made it clear a reduction in rate or a refund would not occur. We were advised that the cleaning service was returning to the unit which never happened. Maintenance personnel did bring cushions for two balcony chairs. The others chairs were two filthy to sit in. Emerald Coast came and made an attempt to clean the carpet and furniture. The smell improved somewhat but the carpet was wet as was the furniture for 24 hours so we could not sit on the furniture or walk on the carpet until it dried. The first now we slept with drying fans running. To get in bed we walked onto the balcony and entered through the sliding door into the master to avoid walking across the main section of carpet. The hot tub had a note posted that it could not be used until "further notice". We were advised at the front desk of health department issues which were on going. No one from White Shores provided this information prior to our trip. We confirmed through the front desk of Spectrum Properties this issue had been on going for some time after a guest claimed to have contacted bacteria in a hot tube. We were told that the chlorine levels would be check each day relating to the problem. This never occurred as someone was always in the room during the day. This is clearly a unit which no one cares about. It is clearly a unit which White Shores get a premium rate for but uses pictures that do not show the current condition of the unit. If you value your time away this is a company that in no way would I rent from or trust that what they tell you will be accurate.

Unit 2506: Room relatively clean, bed linen appears to have been washed, but had what resembles to be rust and grease spots. Nice place to visit if you do not want to watch TV. All television Dish boxes were not working (except one in the far back bed room). Furniture worn and not kept up, partially smoked cigarettes on the balcony. Our first getaway in a while, will have to make it up to my husband.

Everything started out good, then we realized the refrigerator wasn't working properly. Frozen food thawed out in freezer and food ruined in fridge. We contacted white Shores about the issues. Three days later repair men showed up just to say the fridge was broken. Went the whole week with no working fridge or freezer. Contacted white Shores Realty about compensation for a whole vacation rental with no fridge or freezer and no response whatsoever.

House 1245. Awful rental. Dead roaches, stagnant water sitting in dishwasher with unbearable smell, black mold, no sheets or comforters on beds, two toilets broken, the list goes on and on. Way overpriced for what this rental had to offer. Do not recommend for anyone.

Do NOT book thru this agency… pictures that are on the website are not accurate I stayed at Phoenix 10 sent email about patio furniture that was rusted and old .. nothing was done ! Condo was not clean! They did nothing about it !! Horrible agency will never use this colon again

Review on White Shores Realty Summer House 904B I want to start by stating the obvious, if we were not pleased with the accommodations upon arrival, why did we stay there? Why didn't we call to complain? Well, I spent about 2 hours looking for a different condo or hotel to go to and was not able to, which is understandable considering it was the week of 7/4. I also called White Shores Realty 3 times over a 2 day span and was not able to get a hold of anyone to address the issues. Day by day, issue after issue came up and new disappointments were made. We were only there for 4 days and I obviously did not want to waste any more time trying to solution the issues at hand in hopes the company would obviously see the issues we had and agree to a 50% refund. This would have compensated us for the unbelievable amount of unplanned money we ended up spending as well as closer to value for a condo that accommodates 6-8 people, which is what this condo provided. The listing is said to accommodate 13 guests but as you will see from the details and pictures below that could not be farther from the truth. From broken beds, broken pull out couch, towels, plates, bowls, cups and seating arrangements, this condo is not equipped with the right amount of pots/pans, dishes or baking needs to accommodate 13 people. The condo in the VRBO listing is false advertisement. The pictures that show side by side of what was "sold" to us and what was delivered. The furniture pictured is not what is there, and the pieces that are there are so run down that they cannot be safely used or were un-usable. We had also hoped to cook while we were there for at least 3 nights to save money, but we weren't able to do that because we had 1 small pot, 1 medium pot and no baking sheet. Kind of difficult to cook with those kinds of supplies for 12 people much less 13 people as the listing says this condo allows for. So we spent over $3200 on eating out while we were there which we had not planned for. The refrigerator temperature was so off (even though we had it on as cool as it would go) we had to put breast milk in the freezer just to make sure it didn't go bad. The ice in the freezer wasn't able to be used because it formed into 1 giant ice block every time it dispensed into the tray. Assuming there's a water line leak in the freezer that causes it all to freeze as a chunk. I am writing this review to bring awareness for other families so that you are not put in this position. Vacation is supposed to be easy, relaxing and time to get away from everyday chores. But this condo created more work for myself and the other adults there with me than any of us ever do at home.

White Shores Realty, from the first email, phone calls, and in person, was prompt, polite and upbeat. We enjoyed our stay and our condo was as described. Our vacation couldn't have been better!
