Highland Ridge offers apartments with a beautiful view overlooking the area. The buildings are fairly old from the 1970s, so there is some expected wear and tear. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with management that is attentive and awesome. Repairs are done when needed and maintenance is always on top of issues, handling them in a timely fashion. Pest control is routine. The location is considered prime. Apartments are described as cute and clean, though some units do not have washer and dryer hookups, with a facility available instead. There is a two pet limit. Neighbors are generally nice. Mailboxes and the laundry facility have cameras for security.

Don has to be the best landlord I have ever had. He is very attentive to the place he is always either getting things ready to in/out moves and the outside is very clean is stays on top of that. The only complaint I have that has nothing to do with him is just the fees when using a debit card other than that everything...

Don is awesome I’ve never had any problems he’s always on top of maintenance he’s so nice and helps all the time! Great guy to have there!
