Have a membership,so try to clean the car inside and out weekly. Employees seem friendlier at the Guntersville car wash, but like the set up at the South Huntsville location better. I'm sure that has something to do with the size of the lot.

I took my new car through the car wash and while drying, found scratches on fender in front of right rear tire. I found manager to show him scratches, not to get it repaired, but to let him know his equipment may have a problem. He looked at it and said his equipment would not do that. He was rude about this. I know the scratches were not there before the wash. I always hand dry the car after it is washed and only park in handicap spaces and a single car driveway. I told him I would be canceling both my car's subscriptions and contacting the Tidal Wave folks. He then called me a jerk and walked away. Not very good people skills. I will not be back.

These people really do their job. The lady working at the front entrance of the car wash took her time scrubbing the front bumper and mirrors of my car to be sure all the bugs would come off. No one else has ever been that detailed for us, I was very impressed.
Of course, we love getting to clean out the inside once we finish with the car wash portion too.

Both guntersville and Boaz do a great job, and both deserve five-star reviews. However, I have to give some extra props to guntersville today. I spent a good amount of time cleaning out my truck inside and one of the workers came over and offered to take my WeatherTech floor mats and pressure wash them for me. They may do that all the time, but it was just especially nice and the vacuums were also especially strong and did a great job on my carpet and seats.

Edwin and David are great . Go thru here every 3 days and the other night I was late and came in at 5 min before closing . They were great as always fixed me right up ..

Edwin and David were great and very courteous. I came in 5 minutes before closing and they still took great care of me and did an excellent job on my vehicle! Great service.

Ray and Landon were top notch today! Not only did they do an awesome job of prescrubing my car, but they helped get it off the automatic park that I didn’t even know was on. I appreciate the help guys!

Set up or layout of this car wash is fantastic. I wish that they would have done a better layout in Boaz. Bad intersection. I’ll drive to Guntersville to USE this one!!

The carwash itself is fine. However, quit having your employees push the packages. Once someone says "No," do not have them to continue to try to sell it. That is so irritating.

They don't always prep very well. Sometimes they only have one worker doing prep and they tend to skip out on doing a good job. My brother in law owns a car wash in south Alabama and he says that a good prep is absolutely critical to getting a good wash.

Such nice people, I just needed to use a vacuum and the guy said well let you go for free, regardless of that the best car wash in Marshall County
