Went to pick up a few things but had been in the car for an hour and needed to use the restroom. The rude lady said the bathroom was out of order. I was admittedly slightly rude back when I looked at her and said “where do YOU use the bathroom?” And she told me I wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom. How is this a thing? How can paying customers not be allowed to use the restroom? She started some story about how a customer clogged the toilet LAST WEEK and it wasn’t fixed yet. I let her know I’d buy my things elsewhere and left. Do better DG.

Store has been closed for too long. I don’t believe corporate is aware of this issue. Ryland pike is just as bad! When they are open, they don’t have anything! They definitely need new staff to run this place!

This store seems to always be closed! It’s kind of ridiculous when they will close at 6pm or randomly closed from 12-4. Can’t rely on them to be open ever. There’s always stuff in the aisles to be stocked that’s in the way of you getting to stuff. It’s always a mess.

Awful. Disgusting. Closed at weird times. Stock sitting out for days in the aisles. Garbage can outside the door hasn't been changed in what it looks like a week causing trash to be oozing out into the parking lot. 6/18/24 ~3:15pm... Employees goofing off and cutting up loudly behind the checkout at/in the office without doing ANYTHING to improve the place. Why is this place even in business? This place is probably not even a mile from the house but when the grocery store near Moores Mill and Chapman mountain is built I'll be stopping there on the way home. Forget DG.

They seem to have a staffing situation at this location. They are closed when they should be open. It's frustrating because the Ryland Pike location is the same way.

This store has its doors locked at 9:30... they are supposed to be open until 10:00... the employee locked the doors and is hiding out of sight...

They were out of 1/2 gallon milk. Good place to go for picking up things when you don't want to go to the bigger stores in town.
