Check this out, they came out and took our tank. That's right, without notice and all bills paid in full and Ferrellgas in Gurley, Alabama just came out, for no reason and hauled our tank, gas and even the blocks it was sitting on away. When we called the local office number some national customer service person told my wife they just came out and for no reason took it. Now how crazy is that! Thank goodness we did not need it for heat. Now the local folks won't even call us back despite being notified to do so by the national company. We had 60% LP gas in the tank that was ours. They stole over $800.00 in our gas. The customer service person was shocked that there was no credit issued. Even if the pickup was some kind of mistake the remaining gas should be credited. All rents and gas was paid up. I'll leave it to you to decide who to use but, you were warned.Up date 4/4/2023: They called and said they not only took the take but, they are going to charge $200 to pick it up. They also claim there was 45% in the tank when there was 60%. They also claim that "many" letters were sent notifying that they were coming to get the tank. The letter claim is simply not true! Wow! Plus they will not leave a number or email address so that you can communicate with them. Like I said, I'll leave it up to you if you want to do business with them. Stay tuned!Update 04/04/2023 5:30pm CT We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get to Ferrells office in Garley Alabama. It was closed at 3:00pm. New hours. They now close at 2pm. 10 to 2 written on paper sign on the door. We left a note asking for a call back. Stay tuned. We are very worn out with this whole crazy thing!

They took our tank, gas and all without notification. They were paid in full and boom, it was gone. These folks are one a crazy bunch. For no reason pulled up, hooked it up and it's gone. Thank goodness we don't need heat right now. To top that, they did not leave note nor credit our account. The office in Gurley, Alabama will do about anything. We called the main number and they showed it picked up but had no reason why. They were concerned also, Crazy!

I have been with Ferrellgas for sometime now and up until now have not had any problems. However, the last several days have changed my opinion and I have moved to another provider that can provide service in a more appropriate time frame. Currently have been out of LP due to constant rescheduling of service tech and now rescheduling of LP delivery. It was stated to me by the management team that a delivery would occur the day after the technician completed the repair. The day of the delivery I received a VM stating that the delivery would be rescheduled for the following day. Bring my total time with out the ability to heat or cook for just over two weeks. There was never a since of urgecy throughout the ordeal; even the guy that took my call when I canceled all future services and deliveries was like “ok have a good day”. Just felt like my time was not valued nor was the value of a customer was displayed.

Dishonest, unprofessional, unaccountableI have had four non-deliveries with this company. They do not deliver and cancel the order without informing you. They say the driver can cancel the order and they will not know.If you call them they say, "oh, I see no evidence of a delivery order". I took screenshots of the delivery orders. They say, "oh it must have been due to a storm and the driver called you." The driver did not call me.I call their Parent, Ferrell gas, and they tell me the driver said it was not safe to drive up my driveway. Now, they have delivered up my driveway and THEY installed the tank, so that is a lie.They say they will have a manger contact me, and instead of this very weak manager calling me, they just reschedule the order.Now my tank is empty and they charge me a fee for less than 10% in the tank. I pay a yearly fee for this non-service and after asking for a refund they say no. I asked to remove the tank, and they say there will be a $280 fee to do so.You DO NOT want this company as your service provider. if you can help it.

Went in to fill a propane tank and no one waited on me. Someone in the back said they would be out. They never came. 15 minutes passed and another customer came in. Same thing -no service. She said there was another place nearby and we both went there and we're waited on in seconds.

Drivers speeding and in the middle of the road. The in store employee didn’t seem to care nor the rep on the rep on the phone. This is a problem and he could easily kill somebody by doing this.

I have been using Ferrellgas for a few years, though you can lock your rate in as a member, they charge a fee yearly which allows them to effectively get the increase in rate. Also, they are slow on delivery. Typically, when you call, you are around 25 to 30% in your tank. It typically takes about 7 to 10 business days to receive gas, however, lately Ferrellgas has been sending out email on the last day your gas was originally supposed to arrive, letting you know they will be late. So, I give their customer service a 1 star. I give them a total of three stars because they are at least somewhat reliable, though you can never call your local Ferrellgas store, as it typically rings to another state (big down fall).

After experiences with another "local" gas provider was delighted to find that great customer service does still exist! Communications were excellent. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. And customer service went out of their way to help us. Would definitely recommend!"

I paid my bill in August. I got a bill I still owed $70.25. I called billing and indicated I had paid it all. The person indicated they seen it on the bill and would turn it in to correct. I now got a second bill for that amount with a late fee. I went to the local facility to discuss the error. The person was out sick and no one could tell me when they would return to discuss. It needs to be corrected. Thank you

We just set up an account on the phone. The lady was great she helped us with the entire installation . We are really pleased. Thank you Harold Murdock
