My washer and dryer is my 3rd purchase..I want to give an awesome shout out to the sales guy, delivery guy for such and amazing customer service. The washer and dryer was a perfect fit. They were VERY knowledgeable with the machines, didn't over sale me, and gave me the perfect fit for my family. Also another kudos to the delivery driver, he did amazing job especially under the circumstances with my porch steps being so small but handles it like a pro, (this is the second time to deliver here and the first was just as proffesional) Also a huge kudos to AJ, he always makes sure my payment plans are the best for me and puts up with any change I have needed to make to ensure I'm always on time. They truly go about and beyond.

WORST PLACE EVER I went to buy a dryer I found one in my price range and after I bought it, I was told by the employee that sold it to me that it was a gas dryer so we had to give me a refund then I tried renting a dryer since the other ones were out of my price range and I was denied with no explanation why then I decided to buy a dryer that was $400 and it is not even working. I haven’t used it once since I bought it.

Wanted to thank the Employees at the Hamilton location. Been a customer for several months and customer service has been great. Had a problem once, but they quickly got it repaired ( better quality than it came out new). I usually get to speak to one names AJ , this time got I think his name was Austin . He also was very proffesional and so curious and kind. Thank you Hamilton site for always taking care of us and making us feel valued!

They honestly don’t even deserve ONE star.
Absolutely horrible an unprofessional customer service they told me that the delivery was gonna be between nine and 10 in the morning so nine and 10 Come, and they still aren’t here. So I call at 10 in the morning to figure out what’s going on. Tell me then they are getting the delivery truck loaded and they don’t know what time my furniture will be delivered that it should be before three so I confront them and tell them you told me a certain time so that’s what I was expecting. I have plans for other things today, and there’s nothing that I can do about. It is getting delivered before 3. Mind you they know that we have three small children and we had already cleared out our living room expected for delivery to be between nine and 10 so now we are having to sit at the house all day waiting not knowing when our furniture is going to be delivered. I’ve tried to talk to the original manager and still haven’t heard anything back from them. The people who are the so-called managers at the AARONS in Hamilton. Alabama are absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful “managers” I’ve ever met in my life.
Now, looking at all the reviews, I can see why they only have a three out of five stars!
Is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I walked in to purchase a computer for my young special needs son.Upon entering the establishment, we were not greeted, and not asked if we needed any help.We eventually found the computer section, where we witnessed the GM playing a video game.We asked if we could get more information on the computer he was currently using, and he told us to “go to hell” and when my son told him that wasn’t very nice he said “you should have been aborted, retard”Needless to say we will not be visiting this establishment again.
