These guys were very kind, very professional, and very fair.
I dropped my Cummins diesel truck off of a wrecker at their shop yesterday and drove it home today. Their work was really clean and exactly right.
I took this truck to another shop September 9, 2025 and spent nearly $3000 and it still wasn’t fixed properly. Dude at the other shop put in a new tipm and ecm (plug and play parts) and I had codes before I got 3 miles down the road. And that was 3 months later!!! Homeboy across town took a quarter of a year to replace plug n play parts and still left me with a bum alternator and cables which likely led to the tipm and ecm getting burned out to begin with…which means it was gonna happen again.
The wrecker offloaded my truck at Big Boys and Mr Mason came out and immediately impressed me— this gentleman knows dodge/cummins diesels well and it was immediately clear to me as he looked under the hood and commented about what he was seeing. I like to play dumb a little with a new mechanic as a bit of a test. These guys passed with flying colors.
Mason and John were very nice and very personable. And quick turnaround, too!!
I’ll be taking my truck back to them from here on out (performance exhaust manifold is next).

“Running a tree service, our equipment has to be reliable, but above all safe. You dont just allow anyone to repair a 90 foot hydraulic boom. We take all our equipment to Corey and his crew including our personal vehicles. When the transmission failed on our Silverado as my husband was going to work in the worst place at the worst time possible...during a emergency community water distribution. His position in theroad locked up the heavy traffic from all directions my husband immediately called Corey and then me, Coreys guy was there to help before our brief conversation was over. We live a mile from where his transmission went out, I left immediately and the wrecker passed me as i pulled on the main road...they dont drag their feet. He offered my husband a ride to work, however I was on my way. They fix things right the first time, they are as quick as reality allows, their kind nature and old fashion values are rare. We cant say enough positive things! From one small local business owner to another...we sincerely thank Corey and his crew for all they do.”

“My wife broke down, in the middle of the night, on a cross country road trip outside of Hamilton AL. In the morning, an attendant at Love's Truck Stop recommended Watha's Towing. She called and was told they could look at her car at 9 am. By 12:30 the car was fixed and she was back on her way.
Julio at Watha's did an outstand job explaining the issue, providing a fair estimate, and quickly completing the repair.

“Everything was essentially great except the smell of oil/gas/diesel fuel smell left in my car. I almost turned around in the parking lot to go in and say something but thought differently. I imagine if you work in it, it would be hard not to smell like it. Rolled the windows down a little bit and the smell was gone in a couple of days.”
