I was a walk-in. Even though I was a walk-in, I got seen immediately. The worker was very sweet and understanding. She was fast and knowledgeable. Great experience overall!

She has no experience first of all. I had to tell her several times you put my ssn in wrong put my federal in wrong then fixed it and told me I had to pay in and pay a 200 dollar fee on top of it. I have never payed in ever. 20 years of working my life away and get screwed over cause I’m not the government assistance dependent with 4 kids just not right. If your a working your life away person with no free money dependents your better off filing on the irs with no fee since your paying in anyways. Don’t add a extra 200 dollars to your debt in filing fees when your getting screwed over anyways for not being a government dependent
