My family owns a farm & have done alot of business here. But from here on out we will go to The Co-op or drive to Tupelo. The girl is extremely rude. I Asked if they had a dog medical product in stocks and she mouthed off very hateful. They offer NO help to my mother when buying feed. They mumble can I help you with anything when you walk in but have NO intention of helping at all.

I bought a chainsaw 10/28/23. After driving to the work site it was discovered there was no primer bulb in place. I drove back and told the employee this. This same man was telling a customer he was the one "basically managing the store", so I thought I was in good hands. He told the young lady at the register to give me a $30 credit and proceeded to bring back a pack of primer bulbs, which she then charged me $11.99 for, so much for the $30 discount. No offer to fix the problem. I then drove back to the site (7 miles one way). Guess what, no ring in the chainsaw to secure the primer bulb in place! I again drive back and explained the problem to this manager. He started looking at pulling a primer bulb out of one of the chainsaws on display, saying someone must have removed the one out of the saw I had purchased. I then asked for a chainsaw in a box, which was a little more in cost. At this point I was a little irritated. He the told the cashier how to ring up the exchange and upgrade of the new one. He then cut the security device off the box while having his back turned to me. No apologies for my having to return twice due to a defective product, no offer to give me a discount for my troubles, nothing. I had to ask them to remove the charge for the primer bulb pack that I had to return. I don't know what has happened at this store as things have certainly changed in the last year. I used to go here at least weekly to buy farm supplies but I will no longer visit this store unless the new chainsaw messes up. I understand things happen and people have bad days, but the employees here must have been having bad days for the past year. It saddens to even feel the need to do this but poor customer service is not a good thing for a business.
