Good experience setting up account - staff was very friendly and helpful.Gate code did not work and I was forced to call the help line in order to obtain temporary code. Received the code the next day, no issues. Recommend Storage Sense.

HORRIBLE - Paige is one of the rudest customer service workers I have ever encountered. She was belittling, unwilling to listen to anyone - and walked out on me. I would never send anyone I cared about to do business here.
