I was having issues with my truck shaking at certain times. I brought it here and they were not certain that it was the transmission acting up. They didn't want me spend money on the repair unnecessarily, which is rather refreshing. After I looked into it more, I was willing to risk getting the transmission rebuilt. All the research I had done was pointing to the torque converter. After they rebuilt it and put in a different torque converter, the shaking was gone and so were any of the occasional rough shifts I would experience. It came with a 1 year warranty. I would certainly reccomend Joe Caretti Auto Service.

Dropped off our 2018 Chevy suburban for the notorious torque converter issues. Dropped it off on a Monday and they had it done Friday evening. Transmission no longer shutters and shifts like brand new! Highly recommend this place for any transmission work.

Diagnosed a transmission issue in minutes, had it fixed in less days that it sat at another transmission shop in Morris Al. who couldn't figure out what the problem was! Honest business, I highly recommend!

I dropped my car off Wednesday to have flywheel and clutch kit installed and Friday morning was called an told my car was ready. And the price was very much worth it.

One of our Ram 3500 transmission went out. Took it to dealership in Decatur they confirmed it. They recommended this place. I looked it up and saw the reviews. Called and carried it down next day. I will say this. This place is awsome. Had truck back in 6 days. Rebuilt transmission. Running great. The went over and above my expectations. I can not say enough about the place. The gentleman that runs and owns it knows his stuff. Does what he says. I've already sent him someone that he has taken care of. This is the place to go for transmission work.

Helpful on getting my Yukon towed and prompt. They replaced my rear main seal when transmission was out stopped bad oil leak. Turns out rebuilt transmission helped my gas mileage and works awesome thanks for the good service ?
