My-Way Transportation is a great place to work long term, described as a top notch trucking company with a proven track record. Overall, it is a great company with family values, integrity, and honesty. Dispatch and management are great to deal with, and the employees are super friendly, helpful, and always ready to lend a helping hand. They have good routes, are off weekends for most local routes, and have a few large scale customers so the loads are always there. The truck shop is newer and the offices are clean and great. They do a lot for the community and have a positive impact. While pay is ok and there is a noted issue with a load scanning app, most other companies do not offer as many hours. It is an amazing and outstanding company.
Always had a pleasurable experience when dealing with the guys at MyWay, freight on time and kept well informed.

In today’s society it’s hard to find a company that exemplifies integrity, family values, and honesty. My- Way Transportation has a proven track record. I have witnessed first hand the positive impacts they bring to the community in which they serve. They support things that matter to us! #supportlocalbusinesses #thankyouMyWay
