I've been holding a grudge with RedBox for a few years now. They were always out of stock or giving out scratched unplayable DVDs. I finally decide to stop by our local one and here I am with a disc that is scratched and won't play. Im trying to report it online, it won't even work from my phone. No more chances RedBox. I'm done.

I love Redbox! This kiosk tends to mess up on rainy days, but the staff on the phone has always been friendly and have always fixed the error.
