Had a great experience at Rustic. Prices are good and the wood they have is great. Their guys in the shop and on the yard are great. Very comfortable feeling buying wood here. Camp Liberty loves Rustic.

I bought a custom Sycamore mantel from them and it looks absolutely amazing! They were easy to deal with, quick to respond to messages on facebook and text as well. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again!

I came to Holly with a vision in mind, and with her help, that dream became a reality. My grandfather passed away shortly after the rough-in phase of our home was complete. He spent countless hours working on its construction, and thanks to Holly, I now have a beautiful piece to always remember him by. When we decided to build a barndominium, we shopped around for shiplap. Rustic Lodge Works has the best price. We couldn’t be more pleased!!!! Our new house is beautiful! We also bought our fireplace mantel from them. It is gorgeous! The service has been second to none but you’ve got to love a place that has a dog to greet you when you come in. We highly recommend Rustic Lodge Works!!!

This place is amazing and Holly is a joy to work with. I purchased two fireplace mantles from them and I described what I wanted them to look like and the exceeded my expectations. I am from Atlanta and once I picked the ones out I wanted Holly told me it takes up to 3 weeks, I explained I was only in town a few days and she made it happen. Great prices, quality work, and great people. Wished it was closer to me for future purchases.

i’ve purchased all my nolap shiplap from them back in August for my tiny house that we were building. We were not ready to put it up yet so I stuck it all inside the tiny house to keep it safe and dry the Guy that sold me Wood said I was getting a white ponderosa pine and of course you look at all their pictures they have that they use for advertising and it all looks absolutely beautiful. Problem is on these pallets. You see the top boards, but you do not see what is underneath so around late September October we start putting my walls up and we had already accounted for the exact square footage that I would need and that included the waste unfortunately, started seeing problems as we started getting into the bundles, was thicker and would be skinny as a potato chip on the other end. There were more places whole entire pieces that had tree bark down the sides. I called and he told me to get some paper input behind it for all the gaps because it was so uneven because he really didn’t wanna listen to how bad it was so I start sending pictures on messenger to Holly. She tells me they will make it right ask me do I still have my receipt and of course I do. I send her a picture of my receipt from that moment forward she blocked me. I did not say anything rude or hateful to anyone. I was upset absolutely I had spent over $2000 in wood And she tells me that my bundle looks like it’s mixed with culls so eventually, I just take 37 boards down there just to give them an example along with a lot of photos because I have now had to sand every board on the outer edges I called it ripped where it looked like their machinery slashed The edges. The owner looked at it, also admitted to me I was given a mixed bundle he explained to me in August when I purchased and I paid $500 for a bundle and got culls at that time were $250 a bundle so I had probably more of the bad wood. I got eight bundles. He tells me he’s going to give me another bundle as his way of saying I’m sorry he did not replace it with white Ponderosa which is what I bought to begin with, but I ended up with some other type of wood that has this bluish black stuff all over it I did reach out to them in messenger to show them to get clarification. What would cause this wood to have this bluish black color and how was concerned about that because I had other people tell me that mean it was a rotting tree or a tree with a fungus I got no response but the guy that I spoke to on the phone was the same exact guy that sold me all of these mixed bundles and he proceeds to tell me that the person that sold me my wood got fired. Well that’s funny because I know his voice very well and he was talking to me on the phone so there was a lie. I just say beware of buying they advertise things to look one way but then when you get home and you start going through these bundles, it is not what you paid for they rip you off they should have returned my money because replacing it with a pallet that was worse. Did not fix this problem or make me a happy camper so again, please beware the day I took the wood to show the owner because I knew I had a feeling my messenger messages were not being shown to him and with me being blocked shortly after seems strange so I went down there and thank goodness he was there to see, but I needed to go to the bathroom and Holly was very rude when I went to the restroom when I asked her if I could use it because in her mind, she’s thinking this is not their fault that it’s my fault that they gave me bad wood and then of course the owner thinking he’s made it better sends me home with wood that is now on my ceiling that has all these blue stains all over it definitely did not get my moneys worth stay away. They sell wood like this all over the place and you can actually go and get what you pay for but here beware the lady in there is rude. The man is a liar. The owner tries to fix it with giving you worse than what you had if anyone is thinking of getting this Wood my name is Amanda Lopez on Facebook. I can show proof

I called a day ahead on the no lap ship lap when they posted about it on Facebook market place .The woman I talked to was very hateful and not much help trying to figure out the process I needed to go with to get the material I needed . She wouldn’t let me pre pay for the material / nickel gap shiplap .she told me it was first come first serve . I showed up the very next day right after they opened and they did not want to sell any to me it was all “spoken for “ even me telling the owner what I was told over the phone . He changed his mind after I said I needed 500sqft of it . Then they finally sold it to me . It was a big ordeal over the material … Started hanging it a few days after it’s atleast #2 or 3 grade none of it is the same thickness length or any but square or straight .

Bought some no lap shiplap from these folks. Asked if it was kiln dried and told yes. Answer I wanted. Put it on ceiling in my new home and looked great. Went back and bought pine slabs for countertops. Had to wait several weeks for product because more jobs ahead of mine. During this time,6-8 weeks ,my beautiful ceiling is curling up! Went back today and told Holly about this and she couldn't believe this happened. Drove 2 hours there and was told to talk to husband who wasn't there. So I left with beautiful countertops that are all joined together in kitchen. Get home to install and 2 slabs are 1/2" thicker than other two. Not what I expected with all the good reviews. Still have more rustic lumber to buy to finish home but won't be buying at rustic works lodge. Thanks for the help today Holly.
