I had the pleasure of shopping at Dollar General store #9067 in Hartford, Alabama today I walked in. It was so pleasant and organized. There were no boxes in the way no shiny metal carts with merchandise in it with a big old bag of trash hanging off of it even the aisle where they have all the one dollar stuff was so organized. You could see actually what they had found some great deals of always have great floral items. All the Valentine stuff was already marked. you could tell getting ready to put out their spring merchandise have the shelves cleared and we’re working on it. Very pleasant experience. The assistant manager Daniella was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, not all Dollar General are like this. I will shop at the store often.

So as me and my lovely fiance are heading into the store they decided to pop out there head and say I'm sorry we're closed and we asked him why they're closed and they said that because they don't have no money I don't see what the issue is of why they can't get money or pay us in change and they was real rude to me close the store or having a free day they're just sitting there on their phone sitting at the front not doing anything lousy store I would not recommend I wish I could do further action because this is really unfair and unorthodox

Ur store is closed cause ur AC is out. That's too funny. I can guarantee it's cooler in the store than it is outside. Ur there to provide for the ppl of the community. I don't see any hurricanes anywhere. How do u think open air markets operate. Ur ppl just don't want to work

If I could give this store a negative review I would this is the most nasty store I have ever been in there’s no where to walk in the store it has a horrible smell their roll carts are blocking almost every aisle at least they have nice staff but that’s all they got going for them

I always supported this DG while they had to close early and couldn't catch up with the truck but today the cashier asked me randomly while I was checking out at 7:30 this morning if I was sick "because you sound sick with a raspy voice." I had asked for a pack of cigarettes. Maybe my voice is raspy because I smoke cigarettes at 7:30 in the morning honey. Even after I said that I wasn't sick and just tired she kept staring at me hard. It was extremely uncomfortable. It was rude and unprofessional. If you're scared of getting sick then stop working with the public, wear a mask, and wash your hands.

The cashier had no idea how to add money to CashApp card. She took the card and saw it multiple times as she told me she had to scan it behind the register. She kept getting an error. My best friend then informed her I had to pull up a barcode from my app. She then blamed me for her cluelessness. She rsther rudely said I never told her it was CashApp as if she didn't know it was after I told her explicitly, and she held it in her hand and scanned the card repeatedly. If you don't know something, I am okay with that as long as you are honest and willing to find out how to do it to assist customers as this is something I am sure she will requested to do frequently. Her blaming me was almost hilarious, "You never told me it was CashApp." If I had told her four more times, she still would have been ignorant as to how to load the card. ?

This one is under staffed. So the product is never sucked often find what you need on the trolly in the Ilse. Being that it is under staffed it is also dirty. When you walk in you can see the dirty floors.
