I have been with FNB for many years. They have great service and great people. I think their online banking is great and I use it almost daily. I use their mobile app to deposit checks when I can't get to the bank, check balance anywhere and love that you can use any ATM at Publix with no fees.

Online banking is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS down!!! i can NEVER check my account or get into it at all because there’s constant “technical difficulties”. it’s absolutely ridiculous that they can’t keep their banking system online for more than 24 hours without another “technical difficulty”. DO BETTER AND FIX YOUR SYSTEM. SAME FOR SLOCOMB!!!!!

Online banking is AWFUL. It's down more than it works. No after hours or weekend help. ATM withdrawals may or may not happen...even if you haven't withdrawn or spent any money you often get the "daily withdrawal limit exteeded". Many times I've been overdrwan(when I had money in my account), then like magic I was no longer negative after the bank closed. I would not recommend this bank. Take money elsewhere. 3 years with them and no improvement

3 years with this bank and things get worse by the day. three times my card has been locked. repeatedly being overdraft when I have money in my account,and magically after the bank closes I'm no longer overdrawn. double charged on several occasions. can't withdrawal from atm,get message I've exceeded my daily amount when I haven't withdrawn anything. time to take my money elsewhere

You can't deposit money after hours in fact you can't deposit at the ATM at all. You have to go through the drive thru window. The hours are wonky too. They close at 4 pm!

The online banking hardly ever works. Can never get anyone on the phone. Plus they close at 4. So a normal person who works from 8 or earlier to 5 can't even go by the bank. Because they are also closed on weekends.
