Our garage door spring broke trapping my husband’s door inside. We were unable to open the door. I called Tri-State in panic mode hoping to find someone to respond quickly. Karen was so very helpful when I called and had a repair person at my home this morning. Very professional! Would definitely recommend!

Install was excellent and fast, got a smart lift master and that wasn't even part of the price conversation. Great surprise, it all works so smooth. Also, the women upfront are so helpful and nice.
