Showed Hope(stylist) a picture (of my hair years ago) verified she could do it. But decided to do the colors SHE THOUGHT was best. Would never recommend her to anyone. If someone pays you to do a certain color. Do the color they ask for. Period!! Worst $80 I've ever spent!!

Had a 5pm app. Sat there til 6pm while the hairstylest did her own hair. Then sat another person down to start her hair when she came in 30min after us. We had a 5pm app. Never go here. It's for long time customers ONLY if you are new you dont matter!
