Skip this place if possible. Especially if you have a problem with your phone, they will just give you the run-around. Then when you call the 800 number they suggest, that robot says he can't do anything either and says to take it into the store. Again, skip this place if you can. Totally worthless human beings work here.

I would just like to say that I have all the crickets that I have been to Cynthia Pablo has been the most helpful most kind out of anyone that I have seen at any other crickets or even this one y'all did a great job hiring her she made me feel welcomed and not as if it was a business transaction

NEVER I MEAN NEVER WORK FOR CRICKET MY WIFE CURRENTLY works there and the are refusing to pay her her commission so her last 2 week check was only 300 dollars they are stealing money from there employees because of there actions we are in a financial bind don't go cricket

The clerk in store was one of the nicest, patient people around, trust me from experience the public is not always easy to work with....that being said the customer service help line that you call really, really needs help, I wish the store clerk worked the help line

The Cricket store in Hartselle Al is terrible. Very little selection of phones and devices. The app is awful! I can never pay my bill early. The app always tells me my card info is wrong..... it's the same card I've been using for well over a year. If you call customer service you're going to wait an hour before you can get through. The last time I went into the store the manager was out front of the door smoking and he kids and husband were just hanging out. ??? Totally unprofessional!
