Megan absolutely rocked! As soon as I came in she told me about the sales talked to my nephew and helped me pick out so many outfits and she was so awesome that’s the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in retail !!!

The lady inside was wonderful. Very helpful and very polite. Great at her job. There was a lot of plus size cloths to select from, which is not a usual thing in most clothing stores that offer all sizes. Swing by and see what you can find, you won't be sorry.

My first time in factory connection and it was amazing. I took my grandson (also his first time there) and they put him at ease. Made us both very comfortable. Extremely friendly employees and very clean store. I love the signs and decorating items they offer. Very inexpensive

I normally love this store but yesterday the cashier, Desiree, was extremely unprofessional. There were children in the store and she was talking about how she could whoop any customers a** and laughing at customers, she was being a child and she obviously is too immature and ignorant to be working with the public.
