My car stalled in the middle of the highway during heavy traffic. The traffic cleared up and no one wanted to stop and help jump the battery (they did try to collide with us since we were in the way). My insurance said it would have taken 3 hours to get a tow. I called Kars and like magic, they were there getting us to safety.

There is alot of towing companies out and I called about 4 and K.A.R.S was the fastest to respond to our needs when others told us it will be over an hour. KARS was prompt and friendly.

I was stranded in AL on my way back to TN with a blown tire. After trying a couple of tow shops with no answer, Sammy answered right away. I told him what happens and how quickly I needed to be at the tire shop before they closed. Sammy quickly responded, leaving his grandson's football game and delivered my vehicle and me to the tire shop in time! Couldn't have asked for better service!
