I love kroger in Hartselle its my favorite store..however they have a new manager who is awful. He makes up his own rules regardless what the policy says and plain lied right to my face. His name starts with a C he is a younger guy and i know he is learning but I will definitely be giving corporate a call if it happens again. Also iv never had a issue till him everyone else is so nice and kind I won't let him ruin that for me.

Remember Kroger wants you to fill out how you fell about the Store , the store itself is average, prices are fair , plus there are a few good employees, but the few bad employees makes the whole store bad, that's why after nearly 40 years of doing business with Kroger I and my wife are finished shopping

Remember Kroger wants you to fill out how you fell about the Store , the store itself is average, prices are fair , plus there are a few good employees, but the few bad employees makes the whole store bad, that’s why after nearly 40 years of doing business with Kroger I and my wife are finished shopping 🛒 with Kroger , I have already filled out complaints on the Main office website in Ohio, and this will be my second here , the Kroger company removed my other one because they are afraid to hear the truth so I’ll just leave it just like that, so they will probably remove this post! They will not confront they have let their customer service sink to a all time low , especially with employees who they let get away with talking to customer as if they are doing us a favor by them being there! Once again prices are average, a few great employees, but those who over step their authority and think they special is running customers off! I have a large family and I even worked for Kroger myself back in the late 70s into the late 80s and know a lot of employees who still work in Hartselle and Decatur, even my son once worked at the Hartselle store for 4 to 5 years , so I really know what I talking about! So I’ll be taking my $300 to $500 a month to a place were I’m welcome!

Over twenty years ago while visiting my brother in Hartselle, there was a nice young man who was very kind who helped me carry my groceries to my car. Twenty years later I am visiting my brother once again in Hartselle over the holidays. I went to Kroger to grocery shop for the dinner, and I could not believe that I saw this young man 20 years later and once again helped me carry the groceries to my car.
