“My experience with UPS in Hartselle, AL has been very positive. I don’t remember the name of the young man who greeted and helped me with my Amazon return this afternoon. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I am a senior citizen who is not very familiar with computer technology. He patiently explained to me that I needed to forward the return label from Amazon to the Hartselle, AL UPS store. He explained to me how to do it. I appreciated that he took the time to teach me how to do it instead of doing it for me. Now I will know how to do it next time.
I thought he did a great job.”

“They have very friendly,efficent staff even though they are short staffed. They are always trying to get you in and out on a timely manner so you don't have to spend alot of time in the store. The 2 girls I have seen in the store the last couple times, have been working none stop on helping everyone with the upmost respect.
