“Ms. Kimmie is the greatest asset to this store. We have been loyal to this Home Depot since 2014, but we feel like it went up a notch when we had kids and started bringing them to the build days. They LOVE Ms. Kimmie! She runs the best build days and loves her kids. Today was our first time at an outdoor build day. Please-give this woman whatever she needs to keep having successful kids workshops! I’d say she needs umbrellas or a tent if y’all keep hosting them outside. “I needed a rim for Gravely Zero Turn mower, but Gravely only sold tire/wheel combo for $300... Owner sold me a used rim + mounted my tire for just $75... And did it in just a few minutes .... If that isn't customer service, I just don't know what customer service is.”
