“Kenneth and the Tankersley crew were fabulous. We needed a tire repair service after a highway incident. I knew that the repair would probably not be possible and the crew quickly confirmed my suspicions. Kenneth worked with me on ordering the parts and setting up the replacement. We had to return the next day for parts, which was expected. Early the next day, we received a phone call confirming that parts arrived and we made an appointment. When we arrived we mentioned to Kenneth that we had an errand to run. We were going to walk, but Kenneth wasn't having it. He offered us a loaner vehicle and told us to take our time. When we arrived back at the station, our vehicle was ready and parked near the cashier. Checking out was seamless and the prices were comparable with a few other outlets. We were so impressed that I told Kenneth that we would be back for a tire service on our other vehicle. There is nothing like dealing with a local family business with a long history. Thank you!”
