We take our boxer "Spike" to have a bath once or twice a month. Spike is always excited to go get his bath. When he sees the employees he starts jumping for joy. We are always satisfied with their work.

They don't groom cat's they are to independent..oh well....see "meet the parents"...pet grooming?? Really??.. should say dog grooming no cat's.... only in Alabama

Staff is super friendly and our dogs love them. They do a wonderful job and the dogs smell wonderful and have super shiny coats.

Great place for grooming. The staff is nice and they do a pretty good job. The dogs smell/coat could be better after grooming. They do not go the extra mile like adding perfume or conditioner after bathing. Even though they are a tad expensive

I’m not sure how you can claim to be a place that cares for animals in the community if you put stipulations on the ones you will care for. I’m going on a family trip and this establishment is so under par they won’t accept my dogs, both of which are pit/husky mixes. Both of which are up to date on all shots and vaccines and are most likely more well trained than any other dogs that have been in these peoples care. It’s so ridiculous and stigmatizing to turn my animals away because they are mixed with a little pit bull. Honestly if this place is so ill prepared to take care of certain animals they shouldn’t even have an establishment to begin with. I hope they see the error of their ways, but this is Hartselle we’re talking about so I highly doubt it.
