Had an apt. at 12:30. Needed to be home by 2:00 because my daughter retired and she had a party . They took me at 2:00. I felt they rushed. Was not happy. Very late for my daughter’s party. It was a 45 min drive. Why make an apt. If you don’t take your customers on time? I understand a few minutes wait time but not an hr.1 1/2. Not pleased. Finding another salon?

Extremely relaxing, and I am so happy with my nails. It's been about 5 years since my last pedicure and I've never been happier with a nail salon than here. The ladies are really kind and even if you're a first time client they aren't afraid to chat with you, they treat you kindly and answer questions if you've got any. I'd never had a gel polish before and wasn't sure the differences between that and normal polish. I did go with the gel polish and love it!

I got my nails did 3/14/23 walked out happy and satisfied, the next day 2 nails chipped and I go to get them fixed and the young lady that fixed them had a attitude because I didn’t like the way she fixed them , they are totally different shapes from my other nails , I walked out disappointed dissatisfied this time , I’m guessing she didn’t want to help me but that’s bad customer service. Im spending my money why can’t I be satisfied with what I wantService: Acrylic nails
