Car was in front of me in the drive thru pharmacy. Wait about 5 minutes for the car to get done. Once I got to the window at 8:03pm, the lady said they were closed. Explained I needed my medicine now and no care, just a repeat of we are closed. Went inside spoke with manager on duty same attitude the pharmacy closes at 8pm. Wow, called Publix transferred my prescription to them. The pharmacist even asked do you need them right now. Publix for the win, CVS can kick 🪨

They changed their hours without letting people know and as a result, I was sick all night and this morning because I couldn’t get my medicine. Also, I don’t like that they won’t answer the phone anymore. You have to leave a message and wait for a callback.

Found a ton of great deals/sales at this location. (Surprising for CVS in general). Very happy with my purchases. The self checkout froze and stalled my coupons when I attempted to check out in person. Adam had great customer service skills in what could have been very frustrating. He fixed my coupons so I got the correct price as reflected on the self checkout machine when I checked out in person with him. I’m glad I was able to use my coupons. A little annoyed it took so long to check out due to the glitch in the check out machine.

CVS always has my medicine in stock and for a great price! The toy selection is really good too! My 3 year old can always find something she likes!

This store sucks. The pharmacy gets in no hurry whether you go in or go through the drive thru but they definitely make you wait if it’s in the drive thru.

Got in the pharmacy drive thru at 1:20, sat there and waited while there were three cars ahead of me. Just to get to the window and have the metal shut because 1:30 was their lunch. I understand needing to go to lunch but PLEASE don’t let people sit in like for 10 plus minutes like that just to close it in our faces. That sucks, especially when I normally have a decent experience at this pharmacy…it was just so disappointing. There’s got to be a better way to let folks in line know they won’t be able to get their rx at that time.

Poor management at Harvest 53 hy I got tx and was told meds ready when I got there wrong meds was giving. I ask don't u people look.at The computer to check if meds and milagram are right .before before filling .I guess not..whe I ask that q

Who ever the young lady is that opened the pharmacy this morning, had to have been the Pharmacist, she was not interested in helping me at all! All she could do was tell me what she could not do. Then proceeded to tell me my insurance was not in network. I’ve filled Rx plenty of times with CVS with no issues.
Her demeanor and attitude was not one of service to patients and customers as it should be. She never wanted to or intended to help me from the very beginning. Maybe because I was waiting for her before opening pissed her off. Not sure.
My advice to the young lady, Pharmacist, Tech or whatever she was…serve your patients and customers with compassion and a smile. If you’re unable or unwilling to serve…. FIND ANOTHER PROFESSION! We deserve better and you took an oath….. do better Madam! I hope you see this!
