In the past, I would have rated this pharmacy in the middle of the road, nothing outstanding, nothing negative. Today, that changed. Davis, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to call my health care insurance to successfully get a vaccine I was requesting covered after it was denied in the system. In addition, he went through my immunizations to ensure I was up to date. In addition to all of this, he recommended a cheaper way to fill a prescription I needed. While waiting for my vaccine, I also observed him patiently work with another client who was confused about her vaccinations and wrote down what she had and when. This kind of caring and service is rare today, and that is why Publix Pharmacy in Harvest will always be my pharmacy of choice.

Deli sucks. Always understaffed no matter what time I have been. Publix is getting as bad as Walmart but higher prices. Why bother

I have been going here being the meridianville store being rebuilt. Very good service my scripts are called in from my doctors. Have no issues. Great job Publix. Thank you

Prescription was in-progress for 4 hours until I called. Then, miraculously, the pharmacist was filling it. I think some employees at this pharmacy like to push people's buttons instead of doing their job.

Been going to them for awhile and they're usually ok but they've gone way downhill recently. Very rude and judgemental. Especially around mental health drugs.

RUDE RUDE RUDE -sums it up. If I could give a zero I would. Bad attitude from the moment the phone was answered. Don't bother....I am choosing to pay more just to not have to deal with it.

This Publix takes a long time to fill prescriptions and does not fill them automatically (in my experience) so call ahead by an hour or two and make sure they got it and are working on it. I used to use Publix on bailey cove in south Huntsville they were perfect. So if you move close to south Huntsville use them!

I left the hospital after emergency surgery with a prescription in hand. I got to the pharmacy at almost 7:30 pm and told them I realized they would be closing soon and I would pick up my prescription the next morning. They said oh no give us just a minute! In less than 15 minutes they had my prescriptions ready and even rang up the items my husband picked up in the store. This was going above and beyond. I left with them telling me they hoped I would feel better soon! Who does this? Only Publix! Where shopping is a pleasure!

They take FOREVER. You would be better off going to any CVS in the area even if you have to drive 30 minutes. The staff is rude and has no regard for anyone's needs or time. This will be the last time I use thus pharmacy. Atleast they are better than kroger.
