Update 08/12/24- they finally had meatballs! However I was told they were frozen and asked if they could get me something else. This seems to be a fools conquest that I am on.
Update 08/01/24- STILL STRUGGLING TO STOCK MEATBALLS
Judging by the fact that their deli is ALWAYS out of meatballs it seems there might be a national shortage. If not a national shortage, there is some strong incompetence at some point in the supply chain/management

After moving from Florida to Alabama, I was presently surprised to see a Publix not far from our new house.
Publix is undoubtedly more expensive than Walmart, but when you look at how they take care of their employees, I'd rather my money go to Publix over Walmart. I figure it's better to pay slightly more for groceries than subsidizing welfare for Walmart workers with my taxes.
That being said, I do miss getting amazing chinese food from my old Publix. Hopefully, the Harvest location adds that option some day. They do Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken far better than Panda, plus it's cheaper.
