They keep letting people have my bank information. Called me a high risk account, despite me barely using a debit card. Money keeps disappearing, changed account number and pin several times, still happening.

Redstone has been ok to me for the last 4 years. I haven’t received any approval on credit cards or personal loans although Navy Federal & others offer me credit.

if you need a place to hold your money until you get your license and debit card stole in one swipe then it's great, 4 years of no problems getting direct deposits and using my money with a card, got my debit and id stole and can't use my money,. literally starving bcs redstone is better at keep the owner away from there own money than the thieves, had thieves use my debit card online before and no help no security was administered, but now that i don't have my card and need my money to survive they're locked up like fort knox, talked to multiple people at this redstone and others and all of them have been the worst people to deal with, no one was willing to help me and basically told me to figure out how to survive until i can work for enough cash to get my id taken care of, every one of them, nothing they can do to help you get your money and don't expect help, on anything. your honestly better off lighting your money on fire that's a lot safer than expecting redstone to keep it safe from people that aren't you, honestly couldn't be going through a worse experience bcs of this company. anti consumer. 0 help the only way i can correct my situation i found was that i can and have enough clearance to get a new debit card over the mail through the redstone app, but don't have clearance to get one that day in person. so realistically as long as the potential thief has a week to wait for your money they will and can get it no problem. still starving 8 days into my new card being ordered i ran out of raman 2 days ago and for dinner tonight i will be drinking expired benadryl so i don't have to worry about hunger pains until i wake up in the morning. i honestly couldn't recommend a place of buisness less.

Excellent credit union with a lot of locations throughout North Alabama. Always friendly faces at the HWY 53 branch which I generally use. Online and mobile banking features are great as well especially the remote check deposit. Wasted my time at Regions for years before finally becoming a member over 8 years ago.

Worst credit union in history. They'll tell you one thing when you sign up but just wait, it won't be what you discussed. And the fees here are ridiculous. Go to another credit union!
