The worse! I don’t understand how it’s so hard to read an address and deliver it to the correct parcel box. All of the information is correct..how is it that hard? I’ve had nothing but issues! I’ve had multiple people’s stuff in my mailbox. I’ve had strangers deliver my packages saying I’m sorry your stuff was in my mailbox. I’m still missing packages! Hire more competent people!

Always getting mail mixed up and putting it in the wrong mailboxes, always losing packages or putting them at the wrong address, this has got to be the worst post office around.

I would give 0 stars if I could… Since Saturday they’ve been messing up my packages , delivering the parcel locker key on the wrong mailbox. I have 4 missing packages already. And all they do is open a useless case to try to relocate the packages. Y’all need to do better smdh . WORST SERVICE EVER

The worst post office in the state of Alabama. They just called me saying my package was delivered to the address on the package, but it wasn’t. I have cameras outside my house and I watched the whole day that they said it was delivered. Including the time that they said it was delivered at, 2:28pm. And I’ve checked every day since then, they haven’t even attempted to deliver or make it right. Tried to call them back and they don’t answer the phone, EVER. You can call 15-20 times in a row and they will not answer. And they decided to of course follow up on a Saturday, where you can’t call them back. So now I have to go up to the place and figure out who either kept my package, or who is lying and doesn’t want to admit they messed up. I have a picture of the package before it left the seller, I have camera footage proof of them not even being on my street at time AND date of delivery, and now they are avoiding admitting they made a mistake. It is absolutely ridiculous how this place is ran. If I could have all my mail go to and from Goin Postal on HWY 53, I wouldn’t even hesitate. The USPS post office in harvest is ran by adult children who obviously have no clue what they are doing. This place needs a whole management and team swap. Out with the old and in with the new.
Contacted the district office about my issues. They said if nobody contacts them then nothing can get done. So call and complain about this office every single time! I’m calling again because they are saying an address is incomplete on an Amazon order, which we use EVERY WEEK, and won’t deliver our package. We are about to have a baby and are buying most of our items we need from Amazon. So they either need to hire new managers, new drivers and inside workers. Or someone needs to fire a WHOLE bunch of people in this office. This is ridiculous. It’s something every single week with them. And they are not accepting phone calls, so you can’t call and see what the issue is. It’s beyond ridiculous. Just plain laziness and incompetence.

The absolute WORST post office I have ever encountered. Don’t ever plan on getting a package delivered on time, because they NEVER are! They are either days late, or never delivered at all! The staff at the actual office are also the rudest people, especially the woman who works at the front desk. Do better USPS. this is absolutely ridiculous!

I have encountered some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life at this post office. They consistently are inconsistent, and routinely deliver mail late. This review won’t stir any true change, but it should be known my experiences echo what others have already stated.

This is the worst Post Office ever!! They continuously have the we don’t have internet sign up and you can’t mail packages. Customer service is horrible. I walked in today and the young lady was just sitting there and someone was at the counter, the other lady literally had to tell her to get up and assist customers. HORRIBLE!! We haven’t gotten mail in 3 days. Where is the PostMaster and why isn’t someone doing something about this? If you want a super friendly postal experience go see Kathy at Goin Postal on Hwy 53. You all need to do BETTER!!

As noted by other customers, this place is terribly ran. The missing packages, fake attempted deliveries, and bad customer service is truly disappointing. Not too sure what could be going on here, but I hope for the best for the good workers who work amongst the disorganization there. 🙏

If I could give no stars I would this place sucks I come here and they have bad customer service then there suppose to be open at 8:00am and the door lock and it 8:13am if I was you go somewhere else .

Customer service is non-existent. I’ve worked customer service 25 years and I’ve never experienced service like this. I’ve just moved into the area and sadly this is my local post office. I will definitely be traveling longer distance for USPS service. Rude, visibly aggravated, and generally just don’t want to work. Missing mail, LAZY delivery person who marked a KING SIZED mattress cover as unable to fit in mail box. DUUUUUHHHH! Why would you try to fit a King sized 4 inch mattress cover in the mailbox? I try not to leave bad reviews, but I’ve had several negative experiences with Harvest post office in the 1 month I’ve lived in Harvest.

Don’t use USPS. They are the slowest shipper, create the most mistakes and still have the most packages to deliver. Use UPS or FEDEX. USPS is just the cheapest for ground but you can do next day delivery don’t matter. Use FEEEX OR UPS. They are x10 better. They deliver overnight from other states. USPS CANT deliver a package in one day from a city 1hr away
