They were about to close and I rushed to this location to get a part for my yukon and the manager opened the doors and let me purchase the part I needed to be able to start my car and get to work the next day.

Wouldn’t put the battery on charge and declared battery won’t recharge. Went to Autozone and they charged it. The battery running fine.
The gentleman was good but should’ve put the battery on charge.

The manager and everyone are always courteous and friendly and they let you know if there are other problems and what it will cost to repair

As we were coming through Hazel Green after diner, our vehicle’s check engine light came on. We stopped here ten minutes before they closed. When i asked the young man if he could pull the code on the car, he told me no. He said he was already starting to clean up for the night and point blank refused to help me. I asked he they didnt work up until closing time, and he said no, He needed to clean up. So we left and went across the road to Autozone where the staff was very helpful. We purchased our part after finding out the code and was on our way.

I bought batteries which were $20 WAY overpriced. Went Across the street to try and fly my son’s drone. The drone needed an hour and a half to charge so we didn’t need the batteries after all. Because they were so over priced and I didn’t need them I went in to take them back and the guy flat out refused to take the batteries back. Seriously had them less than an hour. His rationale was they were installed in the controller… Zero stars for Zero customer service.

Excellent service from a clerk who I don't remember his name but he is of Boricua descent, he asianated us very well in Spanish.
