I love banking with a Hometown Bank. North Alabama Bank's employees are folks I know and interact with in my community. Decisions are made locally rather than with some out of state corporate board where I'm just a number on a piece of paper. Every NAB employee has gone above and beyond their job description to help with our financial needs for well over 30+ years. In fact, just recently, Wendy Ransom stopped whatever she was doing to help answer our questions and to set us up with online banking. NAB may not have all the frills of a larger bank BUT it also doesn't have all the Extra Fees! NAB offers all the services with a hometown touch!

You would be better off using a credit union. I recommend Redshirt.

I called your bank to inquire about getting some travelers checks and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and even went as far as to say most people use their debit card now days. Why I don't want to use my debit card is non of her business, and portrayed the attitude that folks who do not use their debit cards are beneath her. Really? Your branch sells travelers checks. WHAT A POOR JOB OF US SELLING AND GAINING A NEW ACCOUNT HOLDER!

Great people here. Always a smile and the town is small so they know me by name
