These guys are amazing!!! I brought my vehicle in for a/c issues after I felt like I was getting fleeced at Bill Penny. Turns out I was right! These guys were friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and most importantly...honest! They fixed my issue and got me back on the road the same day! I am a customer for life! I highly recommend this shop!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I’ve been dealing with an issue for months where my 2010 Toyota Corolla won’t start when the gas tank is full. I brought it in, and your team told me a wire had been chewed, which led to replacing the entire fuel tank. That repair, along with others, cost me over $1,500. I expected that this would finally resolve the issue.
Just two days after the repair, I refueled—and the same issue happened again. When I brought the car back, I was told I now need to pay an additional $500 for a Fuel Evaporative Canister. That part was never mentioned in the original estimate or diagnosis, even though your team now says it’s a common part that fails on my vehicle. If that’s the case, why wasn’t it tested or discussed during the four days you had my car the first time?
What also concerns me is that I asked for the dashboard warning lights—specifically Check Engine, VSC, and Traction Control—to be addressed as well. According to the estimate, you adjusted the rear brakes as part of the solution. But soon after I got my car back, those same warning lights came right back on. Clearly, whatever was done didn’t fix the actual issue.
What bothers me most isn’t just the money—it’s that I feel I paid for a service I didn’t truly receive. If a proper, complete diagnosis had been done upfront, these issues could have been caught the first time, and I could’ve made a fully informed decision about repairs and cost.
Now I’m left uncertain about what was really fixed, and whether the next repair will even solve the problem. I also feel misled—if the canister is a known issue, it should’ve been on the radar from the beginning, not something casually brought up over the phone after the fact.
Clear communication, accurate diagnostics, and transparency are critical in auto repair. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that here. I hope this message helps your team improve how you approach customer service moving forward, because right now, I feel like I’m back at square one—out a lot of money and still searching for a real solution.

I’ve taken a couple vehicles here over the last couple years. Always felt taken care of for a more than fair price. Just had my 2023 F150 engine repaired outside of warranty. Precision knew exactly how to fix it, and way faster and cheaper than the dealership. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, which is why they will continue to get my business. Thankful to have a competent and honest shop in our town.

Hands down the best car repair facility I have ever used. I’ve had several repairs done on multiple occasions. They are honest, professional fairly priced and provide estimates. They keep you informed and I can say I trust them. I wish there were more shops like this. If you do business with them you will feel like I do. I rarely do reviews but I’m compelled to share the world class experience I had at Precision.

A friend recommended me these guys, and I am not disappointed by any means! I live three hours away in another state, and still chose them to work on my car! Not only did they help me get it to them, but Tyler kept me informed every step of the way and even sent picture updates!
They had my car for less than a week! Price was extremely fair and they did amazing work! Tyler took the customer satisfaction to a whole new level when I told him my mom would pick up my car for me. He made sure it was warmed up for her and ready to hit the road! Seriously, use these guys! You won’t be disappointed!
