Storage facility is clean. However since aquring the unit. It has changed management so many times. And now after 6 days late they lock your storage unit out and cut your lock.. and upon 30 days of being late they charge you a 100 dollar late fee plus the additional late fees... management is not very attentive on returning calls. But is very fast to follow there policy

I received great customer service from the Property Manager Crystal. She was very detailed when going over things aswell as providing me and my family with a storage unit that fits all of our belongings. 😊
