Had issues with our RV air conditioning. They tested the unit and attempted to repair it. We're only going to charge an hourly rate if they were able to get it fixed. We agreed it was beyond repair so had them order and replace the unit and install a second AC since it was wired already. Units were installed and picked up my RV in five days. In short they are timely and either cheaper or comparable in price to any other repair shop in the area.
