Worst DG I’ve ever been to. I moved to the area about a year ago and have time and time again given them the benefit of a doubt. Management would rather stand outside and chat with friends than help customers. Shelves are never stocked properly. The store is always a complete wreck. Out side lights don’t work or are never on anyway. Just pitch black at night. I’ll just go to the store across the street until better management is hired.

The most helpful associates I’ve had in years! Heather heard my son and I trying to locate the toothpaste. She heard us and came and showed us where it was. We weren’t able to find the toothpaste we were looking for. It was busy and she was going to check more after ringing someone up, but another friendly associate named Marshell began helping us locate the toothpaste. We feel fortunate to have this Dollar General market store!

Self checkout is good all, but when you need help and can't find anyone because you have 3 self checkouts and one regular cash register. I did get help, and the lady was nice.

These managers at this Dollar general let so much money walk away from this store closing at 9:45. Never seen so many people hate their job as much as people at this store. Just bad attitudes all around. It takes less effort to be sweet than be crabby all the time. Cuz I'm still smiling regardless ???

The store in headland is terrible. Customer service sucks, shelves always empty, employees standing around or out back door smoking. To NOT except a FL ID because it won’t scan was crazy. It is valid until 2025. Then for Erika to call the IGA across street to say coming over there with an invalid ID was funny.
