Horrible customer service.
Cashier wouldn't even look my way to remedy his prepay gas pump issue & the issue with my rewards situation. I told his rude self that the pump is awaiting the cashier. He wouldn't even look @ his screen to see the errors were on his end; he was only fixated if I actually paid outside. I couldn't pay until the error was fixed. I didn't get gas there. Stay away if you know what's best.

Terrible experience! Will never go back! The lady behind the counter was the rudest individual I’ve ever met. Employee used the bathroom and doesn’t wash her hands, touching everything behind the counter, don’t get food from this nasty place. Asked employee to wash their hands, employee was getting sideways with me over it! Don’t recommend for people who care about getting pee/poop in their mouths from the food being handled by nasty people!

The calibration on pump number one is off. For the first time I was able to put 20 gallons of gas in my car It only holds 18 and it wasn't empty do the math. I fill up this car everyday for my job have for over a year. I did try to warn people on the headland Alabama site I was met with hostility. On Monday I will report it to the bureau of waits and measure even though the inspections ever said it was inspected last month The pump is off.

Clean restrooms, good food @ the cafe, fountain drinks, coffee, full service convenient store plus Smith's True Value Hardware. Friendliest staff in Headland!
