“Staff and services are wonderful, however, I am elderly and live alone and sometimes I need my medication delivered. Their website says they deliver but they don’t. I am changing only because I need delivery.”

“I've never seen a more professional and courteous pharmacy staff than this team of people. Every time I come in to pick up my parents prescriptions the staff always asks how they are doing. Recently my Dad has been in the hospital for heart issues so having people take a genuine interest in how they are doing just shows me and my parents that they value us as a customer. “Where can you go anymore to see dishes, flatware patterns and fine things? Nowhere I have seen recently except Northcutt’s! I so enjoyed my visit here and lots of fun things too like handbags, jewelry, clothing, baby items/gifts etc. if you want to find a nice gift for someone, a woman especially, you will find it here. Friendly help also and you don’t have to wait until 10 for them to open ?”
“The prices are quite a bit higher than other stores... especially produce! However, they have good deals on a lot of items if you sign up. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Overall, I had a positive experience and they have a great variety of name brand and offbrand items.”

“The only pharmacy I deal with. Never had an issue or any problem's with them. Always friendly and professional. They close from 1:30-2 for lunch. They require a lunch break just like anyone else.”

“First of all, IDK what Marion is complaining about, but there aren't any "kids" working in the pharmacy. However, there are fine pharmacists and pharmacy technicians that are kind and and hard-working. All of the employees I have had contact with make sure that each customer is treated with the same respect and individual attention expected of them.”
“I swear Publix and Chick-fil-A are neck to neck on extremely polite sales associates. Publix has everything else down to an exact science. When you pull into the parking area, first and foremost it’s immaculate! That shows pride from that wonderful staff. You are greeted with warmth, genuine smile, and made to feel welcome. As you walk to the different aisle, you are approached by Staff, Management, Deli, Seafood, Butcher staff. Just for ONE, to make shopping a enjoyable, assure that you are finding everything you need, or even just to speak. That speaks Volumes! I like to run my mouth, I enjoy conversation, cleanliness and well stocked shelves. May people have told me in the past, “Publix is so expensive”, my response is always the same… you get what ya pay for, Publix is worth every penny! Turkeys at $.48 a pound Turkeys!! And they say too expensive…. I think not!!”
